At Personalworkout, we offer a variety of different group workouts that vary in terms of group size, intensity of support, training goals and duration and training location (indoor and outdoor).
Our Semi Private Personal Trainings are ideal if you already have training experience, can perform basic exercises correctly, but would still like to benefit from an individual training plan and professional support regarding the correct execution.
Hardest30 is one of our own creations. A circuit training programme that is unique in terms of intensity, variety and fun. 10 exercises that change daily will demand everything from you in 30 minutes. This leads to an enormously high calorie consumption, which can be accurately measured with our heart rate monitors.
Our bootcamps are aimed at all weatherproof ladies and gentlemen who like to train outdoors in a group and love variety. Each training session is individually designed and promotes different fitness qualities.
Last but not least: Sypoba – our classic. With board and roll we balance, strengthen and train in a playful way – especially the deep muscles and the pelvic floor benefit from this varied group training.
